So I ran today with the double and my kiddos. Its tough but I think I'll like this training of pushing 50lbs of kids as compared to when I get to run alone. I did 30min tonight and probably could've done more but as usual I always run out of time. Once I get into my pace, my slow pace, I'm pretty decent.
I also drove my 40min run the other day and it was 5.5K so that feels good that I can run a real 5K for this Sat. run. Now we'll just have to see if I can do it in 35min. I might have to pick up the pace a bit.
Eating is not too good this week, I don't know why. Had company all weekend and a birthday party so I just didn't journal, this is probably the first week I haven't really journalled. So for the next 2 days I need lots more water and less food. Fingers crossed.
