Down 1.6 today. Its slow going.
I looked at my results according to my journals, the weeks I lost alot 2-4lbs I wasn't eating all of my points. I would have between 5-9 left a day. Now this is understandable but still I wish I didn't have to eat as much as I do. I'm breastfeeding so I eat almost double of what I would if I weren't. Those weeks I had that much left I didn't have enough milk to feed my dd. Soo I'm hoping once I'm done nourishing my little one and I can drop my points down I will see more weight come off.
Running with the jogging stroller-I decided I'm running outside now, its very difficult and even more so pushing a baby along. But I really would like a double jogger so I need to prove to myself and dh that I will use it if I'm going to invest in one. So I'm now outdoors, bye bye treadmill.
