I saw my gorgeous friend today. She is so stunning! Anyway, she had a baby late 2006 and we were working out together at the gym so I got her into running. There were 4 of us running at the time. Than I sprained my ankle (poopy) and found out I was preggo again (planned) and was done with running until recently.
Well she kept on running. Doing a few 5K's and keeping up a regular running routine. She looks fantastic. We ran into her today out for a run with her kids. She said its all because of me that she looks the way she does, she said that if I didn't push her to run she wouldn't have and that is all she does now because of time constraints. Isn't that nice :)
Now I got to give myself that motivation so I can look as great as she does!
