The getting there, the sore muscles, the motivation. Excercise is not easy and the commencing of excercise is sometimes the hardest thing. I do really like excercising I just wish I could figure out what I specifically need to do to lose better.
I worked out alot this week to have a gain. This is fine, I have been gaining on heavy excercise weeks than losing the following week. But really it sort of defeats the purpose when you see a + on the scale. Our mind plays tricks on us. Why should I excercise if I'm going to gain? AND I felt good excercising as much as I did last week, except my femur bones hurt, strange. I've never had that pain before. But really I felt great running yesterday, I whizzed through my class on Monday and I tried the new gliding class this week and liked it. I'm not doing the same things everyday, I do something different. Now what else can I do? Not do? Should I only excercise 4 days a week maybe? Who knows, everyone is different with how they lose.
I've been doing ww for 15weeks now and I'm only down 16lbs, so unmotivating, I wish I was down 25lbs. Yes 16 is better than nothing but really I have sooo much more weight to lose and to only be losing 1lb a week is not alot. I did take my measurements 2 weeks ago so in another 2 weeks I'll compare. I know I'm losing some inches because my beloved lulu pants are getting rather baggy on me. (I got them when I was 7mths pregnant).
All I can do is try to eat better, plan, get in my water and keep on truckin'. Now I wish I would have tried that chocolate bomb for dessert last week, if I knew I was going to gain anyway. :)
