That is what I need this week. We took a last minute weekend trip, although I tried to stay on plan all weekend, I'm going to say my flex are gone for the week. I brought my own lunch and snacks for the drive but at night I broke down and had some chips, than we went out for my favourite meal (breakfast). Needless to say I'm in the same boat as last week, work hard to get another loss. Overall though I'm happy that I made pretty good choices, much better than I would have 6mths ago.
