Should I go to the gym or shop?
I really don't want to go to the gym but I have peeked at the scale this week and its telling me I should go. I've worked out alot already this week. This happens, when I workout alot I tend to gain than the next week I have a loss. We'll see tomorrow.
So I think I'll head to the gym for a quick run and than shop, I just want to pick up a book but I'm really procrastinating right now. I'm tired and I don't feel like going but I know once I'm done I'll feel good. I'm thinking feeling good wins everytime, plus I think excercise helps to control my munchies. Tired+munchies=Big binging=not good day before WI.
Off I go....
I got to the gym, ran, than went to Indigo, but they didn't have my book. I'm really glad I ran though. Its getting easier, yeah!!
