It was a busy week for me teaching classes (I taught 5) on top of working and regular life. But I made it. I also believe I'm back down to 185lbs (so my scale said this morning). Thank goodness, but still working on getting in the 170lbs soon!
I taught 3 Bodystep classes this week and 2 Bodypumps. I did 2 runs this week as well and took Thursday as a rest day. Drinking lots of water in this heat with all the exercise too. Thank you to everyone that gave ideas for what to eat/drink after a vigorous workout. I drank more water than usual and I think that helped a lot. I didn't need a nap this week :).
As for my goals this week of having no chocolate and not eating after 10pm....I sucked. I failed on the first day! Perhaps I'll do better this week.
Sorry I'm not exciting and I haven't posted, life happens right? I have to work again tonight so I'm hoping to catch up on blog reading soon!
