Because I have to

Workouts for the week

Monday p90x chest and back
Tuesday 9km run
Wednesday Bodystep, p90x legs
Thursday nada
Friday Bodystep, and p90x arms after work tonight

I missed my run on Thurs but other than that all is good, I do the p90x after work at midnight so I don't munch when I get home.

Eats for today:

breakfast: banana and almond butter 4
snack raspberries 0
lunch homemade beef, vegetable and orzo soup 6, healthy nachos 4

dinner salmon 5, orange 1, mango 1 salad  0, oil/vinegar dressing 1

total 22 so far, 5pts to work snack into.
