The last week I've just been lost in my kitchen, wondering what to eat and trying to find something that I'd want to eat.
I've decided I'm very bored in my food choices lately. Funny how I can have oatmeal every single day and never get bored with that. But otherwise I'm really struggling to find something to eat for lunches and dinners.
So what do I do? I get out my Eat, Shrink, and Be Merry cookbook. I went through it last night and I picked a few things that I hope is tastey.

Mondays are hard for me because I always have a bunch of points left over and I teach Bodypump at night. My daily target is 36-38pts depending on how baby nurses.
As I look at today I see I didn't have enough fruit or water, my meals were yumspectacular though! So i'll keep journalling here to constantly improve.

I did the same thing, this weeks menu is all from looneyspoons and the crazy plate book. Last week was Eat shrink and be Merry. Hope it help.
