My morning cup of joe...

...has now become my morning run. I never thought that excercise in the morning can wake you up well enough that you don't need coffee. But I've run every morning, not extremely early but by 730am a few times this week. Even with less sleep I feel awake when I'm done. I'm really surprised. I think its the running because I used to go to the gym every morning and never felt this awake when I was done.

I still find the first 10min the WORST part of a run, its where I talk to myself and say "oh you really don't have to run today, you've already run 4X this week, you're good to stop" And than I battle it out with "no I weighed myself and I think I'm up, no I need to do this, no I will be happy when I'm done"
