WI results, down 0.8lbs. OK, I wish I could get a whole pound sometimes but .8, .6, .2 will add up eventually.
So this morning is my longer run. It's raining. I have to run an hour. It's raining. It's not really cold out. It's raining.
What do I do...
Well I get dressed, put the hat on, the shoes on and there I am running in the rain for 1 hr. I am so proud of me. I felt great. It was probably one of my best runs, I wasn't too hot and the rain really didn't bother me. I can run with wet clothes, I got all the hi-tech thingys to wear.
All in all a great success.
When am I an official runner? When its 10 below and I'm out there with the snow, that is when I'll be an official runner. But still pretty darn impressed with myself. To think a few months ago I could only run for 2 min and now I'm running a whole hour!!

Sarah, Congrats on your run! I admire your effort, I do cardio just brisk walks on a treadmill or a local park 5-6 days a week but havent upped it to your level yet.
Congrats and keep the awesome effort toward your goal , that I know you will achieve!
