So after today's WI, instead of being bummed about it I headed to the gym. I got in my 3rd run for the week and I feel so much better running. I can't even believe it. I thought at this weight....ugh....its going to hurt but its going quite well. Next week the schedule changes a bit and I have to run longer so we'll see how that goes. Honestly I'm feeling really good.
I also did my last workout today for my plan www.onebodyonelife.com Today's workout was core but honestly I found it more cardio than anything and it was very challenging. Thus making todays workout the most challenging since joining WW. SO I finished week one of the 6 weeks and I'm pretty happy about that.
Currently my quads, inner thighs are fatigued, which is still a good thing.
And I made WW meditarranean chicken with peppers and couscous for dinner. I think this is my fav. WW recipe to date. Its super easy and very yummy.
