So I'm a daily weigher. Some say its bad but really I find it helps me. This week I've avoided the scale. I'm really surprised, but now I'm a little worried for tomrrows WI.
I did really well this week, ate well, excercised doubled this week, I feel good, (aside from yesterday's pity party). So hopefully I have a negative number to show for this, if not I just have to keep on truckin'
