I was totally expecting to gain this week, I've been soo bad with eating. Chocolate bars (multiple), cookies, homemade cookies, banana bread. Awful stuff, but I also ate lots of veggies for meals and cut back on my points for some days because even though I recorded what I ate I figured I was off.
SOOOOO I was down 1.6lbs!! Which puts me at 15lbs (well really 14.8lbs) and I'm down 25lbs from when I was 37 weeks pregnant!!! Thats great. So I tried on my old fat pair of jeans, too tight still so I have a ways to go to get into those. Than I have my old skinny fat pair of jeans to get into which is probably a good 45lbs still to go. I'll get there.
I ran yesterday and felt fantastic. Still sticking with the 90sec jog 60sec walk. So hopefully I'll get there tomorrow, to make it 3X in one week. I love running!! I'm so pumped and feel so great afterwards. I think if I could run everyday I'd stay alot better with eating. I only run right now for exactly 28min, its quick, I sweat, I hurt a bit and I burn about 350cal at this size. I listen to bodyflow music while I do it, odd, but I find it relaxes me and helps me to regulate my breathing.
So off to a good start this week. Yeah!!
