Down 1lb

I didn't get too many workouts in this week and I've caught a terrible cold (my face hurts!) I still stuck to my eating plan but I was a little bummed as I thought I would be down much more after this week. Oh well.

I really hope I feel better soon so I can hit the road running again (or snow). I haven't run in a while and I haven't run more than 5km in a very long time. I'm trying to convince hubby to buy into some travel half marathons so we shall see what happens. Right now I'm looking for one in May and in the fall.

We had a gala last night so the kiddos are sleeping at Papa's and it would be so easy to run without mommy guilt but this darn cold won't let me :(. So I'm off to see if there is a gym class that will work for me.

That's still good, but I get what you mean. As you lose more weight, it comes off slower, but it seems so unpredictable sometimes. What are your typical weekly weight loss goals?
