Its Release time!

It is release week at my gym. What is 'release week'? It is new music and choreography to all the programs. I teach BodyPump, BodyStep and BodyCombat. It also means teaching more classes for myself and having lots to remember. But its fun. Tonight I taught a step release and a regular pump class. I'm pooped. I haven't taught a double in a long time.

My eats for today seemed like a lot to me but I think I still stayed within my points

Breakfast
oatmeal 4
sliced almonds 2
strawberries 0
green tea 0

Snack
1/2 cup greek vanilla yogurt 3
pomegrante seeds 0

Lunch
Leftover labanese, yum
chicken 5
1/2 cup rice 4 (I'm not sure on the oils they used)
green beans 0

Snack
pear 0
chocolate chip cookie 3

Workout

Snack
green monster 2

Dinner
Greek salad with dressing 7

Total 30 plus 12 AP's, so I'm totally full and can still have a hot chocolate if I want, yippee!
