Saturday weigh in results

Down 2.2lbs, yeah!

Almost rid of my after Christmas weight gain....by the way how did that happen? lol. After Christmas I gained about 5lbs.

Got some workouts in which was good. By Wednesday once again I was too tired. I did track everyday, I did eat over my points everyday but still stayed within my weekly allowance. And I only had coffee on Thursday and Friday.

My goal for last week was to drink more water and to not eat after 9pm. I did manage to get more water  but I still had the munchies after work at midnight :(.

This week I work during the day so that shall be a different story. My goals for this week will remain the same: 1. water
          2. no snacking after 9pm
          3. get my workouts in (working during the daytime makes this harder)
