Weight Watchers Online

I joined yesterday while my kiddos and I were home sick. I have to say I love the program online, it is so easy to imput things. Since joining meetings I pretty much knew what the program entailed but I really enjoy the online journalling. If I had a iphone or something similar it would be a piece of cake (or fruit).

I really needed something to boost myself in the weightloss mode and I know exactly what I have to do to get there, it is just really difficult to eat that way. Up the protein and down the carbohydrates. So for this week I'm following as best I can the Recharged Clean Eating plateau breaking diet this week. It has minimal carbohydrates, lots of protein and green veggies. Very similar to what I did in the summer but with more carbohydrates. Now of course its difficult but I am planning my meals every day and bring lots of stuff to work, I do get my regular coffee or tea with cream and sugar and I usually get a cookie in there somewhere too (chocoholic!!) But I am actually eating over my points. This plan is only meant to be followed for 1-2 weeks. I will only follow it for this week because I have a gala on Saturday and wanted to make sure my butt fits into the dress I have.

For workouts this week, I've been following mostly p90x lately and this week is somewhat a recovery week, cardio, yoga.

I haven't gotten any runs but am looking for some future runs to train for.

I have been wondering if eating clean the points would be high....interesting!!!

Good job on finding something that works for you!! I loved doing weight watchers on line and it's always worked for me, and now it's working for my hubby too. And don't worry about the weekend, you're going to look smokin in your dress.

Good for you for joining online! I have noticed that cleaner eating can lead to high points. I am surprised at how many points for example a cup of beans has compared to processed foods or even meat. As a vegetarian, I think I am not getting enough protein due to the fact that I am trying to choose lower point items...
