Yeah the weekend!

Well...I started the week off well than it slowly went downhill.

The absolute hardest thing I find with eating well is trying to do it when you are exhausted. I was quite tired this week and when it came time for a meal I decided to grab a cookie or some other non-valued thing to fill me up as opposed to something good for me. AND its not like I didn't have plenty of quick fruits and veggies available (I even buy us a veggie tray every week!) I would just go right to the sugar instead.

I did some great workouts this week so I hope this will balance out.

My other struggle strangely enough is drinking water!

So here is to the weekend and getting myself back on track, until than a pic of my lovelies as my blog has been picture free lately and we all love photos.

I know how you feel - when I am tired I just want something sweet and tempting!

Just get back on the wagon! I hope your weekend gives you a chance to re-focus and re-centre!

Your girls are seriously adorable (not that I need to tell you that!)! I probably ate every last sweet that was in the house over the past couple of days that haven't already been claimed for the little guy's lunchbox. The bad news? Well, I'll see that on the scale. The good news? There's literally no more candy or cookies that I would be even slightly tempted to eat in the house.

I completely understand the tired thing. When I'm draggin, I have such a hard time making good food choices. There is a direct correlation between level of exhaustion and food for me. The hardest thing is learning how to work around the exhaustion. You know as well as I do, a mom with young kiddos is pretty much destined to be tired. I hope you and I can figure out a solution to this dilemma. Have a wonderful weekend!
