I stayed the exact same as last week. Good to not have gained but sometimes this really sucks. I feel like I just juggle a few lbs and that is all I do. I'm going to try something different this week and see how it goes.
My next question is should I stop my meetings at Weight Watchers? I've been going for over 2 years and we all know it costs a lot. However last February I weighed 193lb and this February I weigh 188lb. Is it worth it? I don't know. My next membership is due the beginning of March and I'm pulled both ways. 1. It's a waste of time. 2. It's not working too well or more so I'm not working too well with it. 3. I've been going to Saturday morning meetings for over 6 years now, minus the 2 1/2 years I was pregnant, I feel like I'll be deserting my leader.
Anyway, I don't mean to be a negative Nelly, I'm so exhausted lately and I think it gets to me.

I didn't think that I wanted to keep going to meetings but I started going to a much smaller meeting and I loved it. we have about 18 people and I find I got the help I needed.
Look at it, maybe take a break from meetings and then see how you do, maybe you will miss them maybe you need them!
hmmm...tough question and really only you can answer it...sounds to me like you've made the pro/con list...so i'm going with hrclark on this one and saying "maybe take a break"...you can always go back if you need to...
and really there are a million other plans out there, maybe something else will click with you better?
best of luck girl!
do you attend every week? in the past year, i think i made it to 40 of the 52 weigh-ins. i did MUCH better, with more loss when i went religiously. if i skipped now & then my weight would go up and down! getting back to being religious about it made me REACH my goal! and i've been tracking MUCH better too! i guess you need to figure out what you want & how you can get there! good luck!
You could always just do Weight Watchers online. I have only done it online and have never gone to a meeting and I love it! I love that the tracker does all the calculating for me and I get enough support from my hubby, mom and best friend so I don't need the emotional support because I get it.
I've never been to WW, but I think in general you have to do what is going to work for you. I'm sure the leader is a nice person, but it's not about her, it's about you. Moms tend to put everyone first. When it comes to your health, it has to be all about you, just this once.
For me, WW is about consistency. If I go consistently, I'll lose consistently. For some reason the 45 minutes at the WW Center has me focused on it that I don't forget it during the week. If I skip, I do really bad the second week and that's where my yo-yo gain/loss pattern comes in. That's just my needs though, its different for everyone!
I went to weight watchers a few years ago, and bounced the same few pounds back and forth. I just wasn't in the right head space at that time. It's working for me now, but it's got more to do with me then it.
I agree with maybe taking a break. Or maybe trying a new plan. It doesn't necessarily have to be one of the specific programs that is out there. You could make your own. If you based it on clean eating, calorie counting and the canada food guide, you'd do fine. You might just need to do something new.
If you miss the meetings, you can always go back. I agree with what Karen said: this is about you and what's best for you. Not your leader.
at the end of the day, what matters isn't the program you choose (well, unless it's one of those whacky ones) its the effort you put into following it. At the end of the day, no matter which program you follow - it means not eating the way you want to that comes naturally to you (the royal you, not YOU SPECIFICALLY), it will mean making changes. If changing things up means you can breath new life into your efforts, then it's time well spent I think. But at the end of the day, WW works. When you follow the program. For life.
Can't wait to hear what you decide!
