Keep on running

Ugh, today I'm beat. My whole body hurts, the benefits of working I guess :). But I did not just hang out and sit on my coach this morning, I did not at all. Husband took the car for an oil change quite early this morning and was back by 8:30am so I could head to the gym and get a quick run in. I was sore everywhere but I pushed out a good 4K run.

For lunch I took an Ezekiel tortilla, cut it in half, spread black bean dip, added some onions and mushrooms and a bit of cheese. Baked it in the oven and it tastes so delicious. Sorry no pictures, I'm lazy on getting new batteries for my camera. But it is certainly something I will try again.

For dinner tonight I made chickpea salad that I got from Marisa's blog, I can't wait to try it. It looks really refreshing and spring like...unfortunatley Mr. Groundhog says no spring anytime soon. So Mr. Groundhog, if its going to be cold send me some snow, 5 inches this winter is not cutting it, I have sleds that need to be used :)!

That's all for now.

Yah for a great 4K!!

I love ezekiel tortillas, they make the best wraps! They're really good baked with chicken, salsa & cheese too.
