My Yes!!! WI

So I've been a little disappointed with WI's lately. That along with working my arse off and not seeing the numbers go down, had me make a slight change this week. This week I decided not to journal, to pay attention to what I'm eating, and not stress over eating too much or having points left to use...to just use.

The results were a 4.2lbs loss! Unbelievable! I have a few more weeks of my Weight Watchers meetings but I'm going to try the no journal method again and see how it goes. Than I will certainly take a break and see how all this pans out.

Food wise I didn't change anything, still ate my healthy meals, still had some treats like pancakes for dinner and chocolate chip muffin one stressful morning, still doing my workouts and still drinking my coffee.

That's awesome, Sarah!!! I think sometimes all the stress we put on ourselves regarding this whole weightloss fiasco is definitely counter-productive. Congrats on having a low-stress & phenomenal weighin!

4.2! amamzing!! I think I'd fall over if I lost that much weight in one week..way to go!

Now that's one hell of a loss!!

I find that sometime it takes the body a few weeks to catch up with our efforts. It can be frustrating at time but if I just keep going you will see the results.

holy cow, 4.2 is great! congrats! :) I feel like some weeks I lose 5 pounds, some 1, and then my body remembers..oh hey,you've been doing well, and the next week I'm back at 5! It's a process ;)
