Just got to do it

I did a hill run today ala treadmill, its my easiest way to see how far I should be doing a hill. Let me tell you it was brutal. The reason is on Monday I taught  Bodypump, I hadn't taught in a week, before that I was teaching 3 times a week for 3 weeks, so I didn't realize how sore I would be Tuesday or today. After I taught bodypump I had to do an Insanity video and man I thought that was tough. I actually felt like I would puke (sorry tmi) afterwards. So this morning my lower body is just really tight, I worked hard for that hill run today that is for sure.

Food is not as great as last week but hanging in there, its only Wednesday still. I'm planning on making some vegetable soup later. Dinner will be chicken breast, rice, vegetables. Planning for the rest of the week: tacos tomorrow, a baked omelette on Friday, pizza for Saturday.

Olympics: Ok, since I skated for so many years ( I was never good my nickname was Krash), but one of my favourites to watch is the ladies program. This is hard as I cannot stay up that late but I did get to see Joannie's skate while running at the gym this morning. Do you know how hard it is to run and cry and not look like you are crying! I'm soo happy for her, such a difficult thing to do. Oh and I love all other sports too, I wish Olympics were on all the time! I love watching people win, I don't care from what country, its just so emotional, don't you think?

Sounds like you have a plan with the food! Keep at it! That's the hardest for me.
