Men in Tights
Thank you to those 3 men in tights that ran past me on Sunday. Obviously superfit and yes wearing some running tights. I was in my 7th K of my 9K run and at the time I was comtemplating starting to finish my run with a walk because I thought I did pretty good so far. Up come my 3 men in tights from behind and they said hi and 'good job' I love when they do that! So as they quickly passed me, I thought gheez they can go fast. I tried to watch their tempo to see if I could do it...haha, but it did get me to finish my run properly and avoid the walking.

Whatever it takes! I'm impressed that anyone can run and speak at the same time.
