EEks, I'm up 0.6lbs. I totally bombed this week and it started with my trip to Costco where I bought a huge bag of chocolate covered almonds. Good thing I worked my arse off this week or it could have been much much worse.
So good things this week that I can be happy about. I worked out 6 days this week. We took the kids to 'Old McDonalds' for dinner yesterday and I passed on everything. Its very hard to resist fries while sitting with billions of them, returned home and had oatmeal for dinner. Did better with my water drinking. And didn't eat food after dinner, satisfied with a hot chocolate.

Costco is sooooo dangerous! I had to hide the 2kg bag of chocolate chips b/c my husband eats them 1 small bunch at a time and in a month the bag is empty! Luckily hiding it from him keeps it out of site for me too! Maybe next time hide the chocolate almonds or have your hubby hide them. Then he can give them to you when you want some. We do that with our chocolate here!
Good for you! Fries are my downfall. Costco can be a problem for me, too. I just don't have the moderation gene. :)
I'm having a bad week too. I'm sure I'll be up this week. But 0.6lbs isn't bad!
wow - you sure did lots right this week - I'm really impressed. If I step foot into a McD's I'd be chowing down on a big mac. No question. Keep focussing on all the good you did. Especially cause .6 can be too much liquid before weighing in.
Thanks everyone! And I should say we were there for about an hour, they have a play area for the kids. So I count it as a great success.
