Just kidding but I'm certainly hungry today. The difference between yesterday and today and what I used to do. I'm counting every BLT (bites, licks and tastes). You know them, you tried them. Well I never really counted them...at all (well I'd count maybe one day a week). But I'm counting today. And I'm hungry.
I made some vegetable soup today. I usually make the regular:
carrots
celery
garlic
tomatoes
cabbage
zucchini
red pepper flakes
Today I had some produce that was on its last life so I used it instead:
carrots
celery
garlic
fennel !
The fennel created such a sweet smell that I decided to put cumin in the soup along with red pepper flakes (spicy)
tomatoes
broccoli
I blend it all together because for some reason I don't like chunks in my soup. And it was a nice different 0pt. vegetable soup.
And my menu for today, just so you know I am eating was:
oatmeal 2
milk 1
blueberries 0
coffee 3 (I know I gave it up and I'm letting it sneak back in, that sneaky fox!)
2 slices bread 2
tuna with onion and mustard 1
cheese 3
veggie soup 0
pear 1
almond butter 2 (I didn't realize 1 tbsp meant 1 and not the extra 2 I lick, lol)
egg 2
egg white 1
EVOO 2
spinach, mushroom, onion 0
salsa 0
ezekiel english muffin 2
BLT's 4
1 cup of melon 1
total 27pts (27 is range) AP's today is 4. So I could grab something else to eat, but I'll go get a glass of water first and decide in a bit.
Non-weight related question:
Ideas for home decorating websites. I like things but have nothing in my house. I'm cheap and things break easily here :) but I need to get a grown-up house with a style. Any good websites to check out is greatly appreciated!

What was up with today. I was starving all day! And coffee has made it's way back into my diet too :( eee need to get back on track.
Decorating... I'm not that into online shopping..yet. BUT i see that you live in Canada, and you must hit a Homesense/Winners. I got a lot of my favorite pictures/lamps/candles you name it, for amazing prices ;)
RAISES HAND: frickin famished as well.
I kept hitting the protein and that finally seemed to work.
oh and home is decorated like...well its not decorated :) so Im not a help there at all.

I'm a soup blender too. I like the creamy texture as opposed to a soaking soup with chunks in it. :)
Since having my DD, I have not kept up with my love of home decor so I wouldn't even know what direction to point you in.
