You know when you plan to have a gun-ho week and you are all excited to get started on something. Then you get a few curve balls....why does that just throw us (or maybe just me) right off?
Skip if you don't want to read my complaints :)
I had great plans for this week. I still managed to do some but all in all I feel like I didn't do much. I wanted to run more, excercise more, clean and organize more. Monday I came down with some sort of throat infection, Wednesday I added some injury to my neck/shoulder, I feel like my body is quiting on me :(. I did get meals on the table but I only journalled about 50% of the time. I got my Christmas stuff put away...yeah one thing done! It seems that things just pile up elsewhere. This is one thing I don't get, I used to have tons of energy left at the end of the day, after my kids were asleep, to clean and workout. Now I just plop down. No motivation. This is weird and hard for me because I'm usually really good at motivating myself.
I think I just expected myself to do more this week since I am on staycation. The list of things to do is neverending isn't it?

The list is always never ending. I cross one thing off, only to realise two things I *must* do.
You need to not be so hard on yourself. You were sick. You are allowed to slow down a bit and give yourself a chance to recouperate.
WE all have those weeks! I'm just starting my blog and hope to be half as prolific as you are! Good luck next week (and there after).
