I did it too.

I signed up for the X-Weighted challenge. I'm a little nervous because sometimes (well most times) I feel that I'm not really committed to losing weight. I try but I don't want to change certain things, or at the end of a hectic day I relax to some munchies on the couch. I eat well about 80% of the time, I exercise, but the nitty gritty hard stuff of refusing while at home alone just doesn't happen most of the time.

But I signed up.

I also had some revelations the last couple of days. I teach some classes at our gym and we had practices on Friday night and Saturday. I feel I look good, I'm happy with how far I've progressed but when I look in the mirror next to my other instructors, I don't look the part. They are fit and look it. I'd say I'm fit but chunky. So this was another motivator yesterday.

I signed up online, I didn't do a live weigh-in but I did take my measurements, the at home fitness test (which surprised me how slow I was!) and weight. And I'm ready to go.

(Oh and I was also up 1.8lbs at my meeting yesterday)

So here it is:

weight 190lbs
height 5'7
measurements chest 44inches
waist 39
hips 44.5

fitness test 4:39 (ugh)

The fitness goal calculated by X-Weighted is to lose 30lbs in 26 weeks. I was happy and surprised as my WW high end goal is 155lbs, making 35lbs till goal.

And now I have to get to business!
