I missed my meeting last week and didn't do an official weigh in but this week I was down 2.8lbs! I'm very happy and it wasn't easy that is for sure. Now I hope I can keep the weight going down, I usually do well one week than gain the next. A vicious cycle. What helped the most, I journalled every single day BLT's and all (bites, licks and tastes). And I got 3 good runs in.
I didn't stay for my meeting because I had to teach this morning at the gym. Before I taught I got my 3K run in and did some weights, probably not the best idea before I have to over exert myself but I made it through the class. It was good and pretty full about 30 people. When I got home I put on my yucky clothes and loaded up a borrowed truck full of junk (aka old fence torn down) I said to my husband 'this is not the easiest thing to do after killing myself working out'. His response 'it's just like x-weighted'...ah thanks for thinking of me, lol. He took the load to the dump, it was 920lbs of stuff!
Teaching a double class tomorrow too, so I will skip my long run and do it on Monday when I have more time and hopefully energy :)
Off topic: Did you watch Conan last night? I love him.
