Today's water

Today's water is not brought to you by a picture. Sorry lovely husband took the camera to photograph a house.

My flavour for today is ginger-peach tea. Refreshing...yes. Not as good as the raspberry. But I think I've found my flavoured water alternatives and I think the herbal teas will do me some good. My thing with crystal lite is when I was hungry I'd make a big glass of it so I wouldn't eat. I'm happy I finally tried some flavoured chemical free water.

Also just promoting some workout gear for you fellow Canadians. We all love lululemon, but they tend to be pricey (unless you get a satellite shop at Christmas and do some/lots of shopping before they close up :)). However LaSenza is also quite good and much more reasonable. I have 7 bottoms from them and 3 tops. Half of which I still cannot fit into but hey I'll get there. Just read what the material is made out of, some are just cotton, some have the supplex fabric (that is what you want if you sweat your butts off). Some pants are higher waisted but if you have a front bum like me its all good, lol. Anyway they are having sales now so I thought I'd mention it. And what the hay, if you want even more affordable workout clothes Joe Fresh is where its at too (sorry no workout clothes on website).
Wish I worked for one of these companies, I own lots from each, lol.
