Bribing the troups

I taught my Bodypump class tonight and I did a dirty thing called bribery. I brought in some of these that I found through this awesome blogger. Its nice out, its the first day I've taught and it was 26C, numbers drop, people stop coming. So I said I'd bring treats every so often to make sure they are coming. Of course healthy treats. They were very happy :)
My eats today were good, I am focused so far this week. I've learned that I can't do it all but I can do my best at a few things. So I'm not doing the p90X, unless I have the time and I'm not dead tired. I'm getting 3 runs in a week and going from there.
Breakfast was a leftover potato, some egg whites and salsa. I did pretty good with it. I was starving when I got up this morning.

Lunch was some leftover steak, strawberries, avocado, goat cheese and this wonderful fat free pomegrante blueberry acai dressing

I had a meeting after my class tonight so dinner was on the go, I had an avocado and strawberry sandwich on fresh bread.

Well I guess I should have titled this eating leftovers! I didn't realize it was all leftovers today. Ah well, I need to keep a budget, have interesting things to eat and throwing out food is not part of the plan.

Other good things, I had 5 people say I've lost a lot of weight today! Seriously isn't that weirdly wonderful, it definitely helped me to have popcorn after my meeting instead of my hubby's bowl of cookies and cream ice cream...yum.

Bedtime is calling.

I think people noticing that I have lost weight is one of the great motivators for me. Like, "If you think I look good now, just wait!"

It feels good to be complimented! Awesome. Never have tried strawberries and avocado together, looks yummy.

Your food looks delicious!

Getting compliments is such an incentive to keep going. It gives me that extra drive I need to push just a little more.
