Persistance

Yesterday morning I wanted to get a run in. My beautiful baby needs me all the time, so I thought I'd take her out in the jogger. Now I have 2 joggers, single and a double and they are both wonked!! One veers to the left, one veers to the right and it makes it very frustrating to run with (and some sore shoulders). I ran about 1K and just got too frustrated to continue. I walked home.

Later at night I was still determined to get my run in. After the girls were in bed off I dragged myself. I was extremely tired but kept saying I have to get out and do it. I had till 930pm-ish. Once it gets dark I'm too chicken to run alone. Armed with my ipod off I went, I got 5K in and was home by 920 and finally satisfied that I got my run in today.

It would have been super easy to blow off the run. Way to stick to your guns.
