TGIF

WI today up .2, not bad. I had such a bad last 2 weeks of eating including 2 things of chips! Which I haven't had since I was pregnant.

So what is .2? Nothing really. Its 3oz which is half a feeding for my baby. Really I'm quite estactic about this as I thought I'd be up 2-3lbs.

This week I plan on following 3 days from WW magazine meal plan and drinking more water. I found I'm not drinking enough. I need to drink 3L a day and I'm at about 1.5L. So that is my goal for the week.

My life goal is I'm starting flylady again. My house is out of control and when I'm in chaos I don't lose weight. Peter Walsh from Clean Sweep has a great book about how having clutter makes you fat. At first I was skeptical but than when I thought about it, really this makes sense to me. When everything is clean and in order you just feel good, when its not I feel anxious, stressed and unhappy. These feelings cause me to eat. Thus clutter makes me have a cluttered body.
Anyway its time to get rid of both and here I go to fly....
