I'm down 4lbs this week!!! I can't even believe it. I asked the weigher, "are you sure", she said "well I wouldn't lie to you". WOW
I'm just so darn excited, I feel confident to keep it going. I felt kindof stuck where I was, or just moving really slow. But I'm going to take this and hoping to get to my 10% next week, which is 3lbs away.
So I've lost 20.8lbs, why do I feel I look the same? I think I won't notice till I lose 40.
I have lots of goals to get to right now
1. 10%
2. pre-preggo baby #2 (which would be another 10lbs)
3. for some reason 180 is another big goal for me (this was 1st trimester baby #1, yes I gained 20lbs in 3mths)
4. than my main goal
If feels closer now, I can do this. I also have to thank Krista for starting a challenge on the board, without it I would never get my 3 runs in a week. I've been going out at 9pm to get those suckers in, dead tired at the time too.
What did I do differently this week: resist, resist, resist and much on raw veggies when needing a snack. Now don't get me wrong I did have the good stuff too but I counted everything. I had ice cream 2 days and ice cream cake 2 days. But I was strict for the rest of the day.
I know I've said this before but a bad WI ruins everything (last week, I was so bummed) and a good WI lifts my spirits so high. So winning at losing today but still have the weight controlling me. I will learn.

Great job! I feel sometimes like I look the same as well. But then I'll see some before photos and I can notice it. Keep up the great work!
