WUUT ROOW!!

Up 2.4lbs on Friday. OMG!!! what did I do....

Good things
1. ran 3X
2. yoga
3. pump
4. step
5. gliding
6. 4 walks with kids

Bad things
1. cake
2. cake
3. cake
4. cake
5. chocolate macaroons
6. cake

Lesson...I really suck at resisting birthday cake (not even mine!). So birthday cake X 5 = 60pts!!

Totally my fault, my first real gain since I started. Got my arse back on track Friday and hoping to see that 2.4 gone.

Congrats on bouncing back! In the grand scheme of things a small gain like the one you just had is not a big deal. The fact that you can get back on track quickly is what really matters. Keep up the good work!
