The weekend was great because I was so cautious of what I was eating. I was visiting my mom, whom loves to cook, but I did well and controlled my eating. It was also nice to have someone else make my meals :)
After I got back I'm craving sugar like crazy. I'm doing well but still its tough. I know its supposed to be tough but I wish I didn't like sugar so much.
WI is tomorrow and I'm hoping to see most if not all of my gain from last week gone.
Oh and I'm up to 25min running straight and I'm very proud of myself, yeah me!!
