I got my run in today!! I'm doing this. Ran 5min, 8min, 5min, I think I'm in week 5 or 6 of couch to 5K. Feeling good but still haven't had the runners high, maybe in my longer run later this week.
I'm doing really well with eating, I'm following a menu taken from WW mag (men's menu) since I get so many points. I find following a meal plan so much easier. I'm not eating exactly what they say but pretty darn close to it. I feel a good loss coming this week.
I need to keep this momentum going.
