So 3 for 3 days in a row I've been doing the same things:
Up at 5am to do an Insanity workout, this is so needed. I have much more patience when I workout out asap in the morning.
Food has been
green monster breakfast
snack
1 egg, egg whites
spinach and mushrooms
lunch has been a salad with a protein
snack is either a fuji apple (oh my I love these apples!!)
or almonds, dates, cranberries
dinner has been varied
And I'm trying so hard not to eat at night because unfortunately I snack a lot before bed, far, far too much.
This weekend my youngest sister is getting married so I'm hoping I added some squeeze room into my dress.

You are an inspiration with your morning workouts! I've been telling myself that I need to get used to the idea of early morning workouts, because it just isn't going to happen if I leave it till the end of the day! Sounds like you are doing a great job and I hope the wedding was wonderful!!!
You looked great in your dress! Congrats on that, and I'm very sorry about your friend.
