In the end I was up 1lb. I earned 45pts in activity and had 13 weekly points left. I know had had some not-so-healthy choices for food but I still counted and stayed within my points.
A good or bad weigh-in can literally run my day. If its good, I'm happy, if its bad I'm miserable. This morning was much better than the last 2 days so I'm ok now. It is so hard to not let this rule my attitude but so often it does.

I totally get what you mean! If my weight doesn't go down when I have been working out and eating well, it ruins my day too. Especially if you are expecting a loss and you gain or you don't lose as much as you thought. Maybe its water retention?

The scale is NOT my friend some days!!!
I felt the same today too. I was sick during the week and ate much less than I usually do. The scale... a pound up! How!!! Grrr scale!
