I'm a little weary of the new program coming. I know it will be super and work well and we all need changes but its always a wonder...what will it be like, will I do well...?
I'm still breastfeeding and frankly I'm doing FLORE (the flex but using core foods mostly) I need to count my points but I eat mostly core foods, not much processed stuffs. I also know how well core works but I personally find it can get a bit boring if you're not creative. I was going to switch to core for a few weeks after I finally wean my beautiful baby but it might not exist by that time.
So I look towards the new Momentum program with excitement now and see what more fun things Weight Watchers has created for us.
I am all about planning and reading up on eating and food, so if it means I get some new books too; YAHOO!

Our leader has hinted at the new program but has not told us much about it. Is it more like core? What all do you know about it?

I only read a bit on it, which it really didn't say much because I don't think they want to give it away. From what I read it will be introduced to meetings Dec 7, in Canada. There won't be core anymore but there will be something similar called simply full. That is about all I've read so far.
Should be interesting that is for certain. :)
