I had a great me day today thanks to my husband. First I got a earlier little nap at 8am (yes I nap at 8am!) than got my run in the afternoon before work. Today was my first long run during the week, than having to work all afternoon. I MADE IT!!!
Still nursing baby often and trying to wean and figure out points is a bit of a problem, so hoping for a better loss this week than last. We will see.

Total 33 aiming for 34 nowadays, add in my run +4, trying to drink more water too.
