So I had a successful WI this week at my Weight Watcher meeting. I was down 3lbs and that was without one workout last week...eeks! But I survived and I really really like this program.
Because I was coming from a low-carb way of eating I did actually struggle to eat all 29 points some days. (I also managed to eat 20 of my weekly allowance points in one day as well). But I'm happy with this program.
The leader that used to be on Saturday mornings is not there anymore, I'm not sure if she went away or if she just isn't a leader on that day anymore. The leader that has replaced is someone I don't care for too much and I've actually started with her years ago and left her meetings. So I'm a little bummed about that. I find she doesn't like this new program and though she's teaching it, not (I guess) how I feel it should be. I only joined this time for 1 month to see how well I do, I might extend for another month to get through Christmas and then some. But as I sat in this meeting I thought 'wow, I might be better online'. I really didn't get much out of the meeting except that many do not like this new system. This week because Christmas and New Years fall on the Saturday I will be able to attend a different meeting and see how it goes.

Congrats on the loss. I'm also really liking the new program. I started week 2 today and thinking that for the first time in FOREVER, I might actually see a loss instead of a gain over the Christmas week.
I joined online this time around and am liking it.
