Following this plan I find I'm eating much more food than I used to, this makes me nervous but I'm doing well. Before I ate many meals of meat and greens (which with Weight Watchers, would not account for many points) this part makes me nervous as I am really focussing on eating more carbohydrates.
I did make two of the recipes from the Pointsplus beginner book. I made the slow cooker lasagna and the creamy tomato soup. Both very easy and a double helping of lasagna for hubby. Tonight my daughter had her Christmas play so we decided to eat out first. I chose Boston Pizza and looked up what was decent to eat before hand. I had a crispy chicken wrap 16pts. with salad and dipped fork dressing 1pt. The other choice was a large spinach salad for 12pts but I still had 4 points left over for tonight and thought I could certainly manage on fruit or veggies later!
I felt like I did eat a lot today but I'm still under in my points, I'm thinking the big difference is writing it out. I have yet to step on the scale so I'm not sure if its up or down, I also missed two big workout days: Sunday long run and Monday teaching Bodypump, but tis the season.
This is where I'm at with the Pointsplus, a little nervous for weighin on Sat. but liking that I'm eating more substantial food than just meat and greens :)

Sounds like you're having a good, healthy week, Sarah! I think you'll do great on Saturday's WI! :)
I went through the WW stuff and created new meal plans for myself based on less carbs, more protein, more fruits/veggies. I am a little nervous to actually put it into motion.
