Merry Eating!

And Merry Christmas!

I've eaten enough now and its time to get back to normal. The only thing I overdid it on was sweets, but I only did that at one party so I thought it was alright. I did weigh in on Christmas Eve to face the music and I will go again on New Year's Eve too. I also found out that my leader that I really enjoyed is no longer a leader anymore, so I might look for another meeting to attend. My 4 week membership is up this week, my plan is to renew for 4 more weeks and then do it online instead to save money.

My goal for this week is to drink that water, hit the gym everyday (as I'm off this week, yeah!) and right it down again.

I over ate too :( So I'm with you on drinking a lot of water and working out everyday!

I am trying to get back on track this week too....it is hard with a freezer full of fudge!
