I just did that yesterday morning (after working nights) but it wasn't lays...it was doritos. I truly believe that I have an addiction to junk food and I don't have the ability to say no so I can't have any of it as I don't know when to stop and I end up eating so much I feel very gross after. I went and got the new info for the pts plus program with weight watchers and am using this as the kick in the pants to get back to the healthy lifestyle that I was kicking butt at. I will not allow my addiction to junk food keep my from losing this rockin' body that I have worked hard for :) It would be so nice to have the answer as to why we self sabatoge our weight loss efforts.
