I can have a healthy carb after a workout and I find this hits the spot everytime. If you don't know what it is...1 frozen banana, 5 frozen strawberries, 1 cup vanilla almond milk, 2 cups of spinach.
And my kids LOVE them, which is a bonus because I don't know how I would ever get them to eat spinach, its the daily quest of feeding preschoolers, how to get them to eat their veggies.
My oldest is totally into making milk moustaches and the green monster faired quite well :)
