Of course I have it, we all get it. But today it was so much easier. I picked up the girls from daycare, went home, changed into my running stuff and grabbed their swimming stuff. I headed over to my sisters to go swimming. I asked her if it was alright if I went for a run, she has a cement track by her house. She of course thought it was a good idea. I would only be gone for exactly 36min.
I did my interval run, the girls swam at their aunties house, my sister made them dinner (because I'm still sticking to my training diet, which I get sweet potatoes now! and cheat meal every 4 days...doable!). It was a wonderful evening. When I got back I jumped into the pool because it...as usual...is stinking hot. And I noticed that I was 100% more patient, calm and felt great. Benefits of the run was so positive for me tonight, I wish every night went this way.
My run: I did my first interval training. It was good and I still got 5km in 36min with jogging and walking.
My results for my training program (eating) are going well. I'm down about 8lbs now and 1% Bodyfat. So it is working, it is challenging but I'm doing ok. I don't really miss coffee at all!

Good for you. It is so hard to fit in parenting, working and workouts. Guilt...serves no purpose but seems to be an attached part of kids.
A run and then a swim sounds so nice right now. Amazing how exercise can make us happy!
Yes liking the intervals for sure, I find the time goes by faster.
