My Cheat Meal

I started thinking, sure I want all the sugary goodness I've been missing but what the heck will that do to my stomach? On my cheat meal I can eat anything but of course there are better choices than others. I decided to go with chili for my meal. Homemade still with celery, onion, corn and black beans on top of brown rice and of course the CHEESE! I love cheese.
Next up was this greek yogurt because I had it and I figure I should use it, I added some raspberries with it.


And of course I still had something sweet, we got these strawberries cupcakes last weekend that I froze for my cheat meal :). I also had some watermelon and a little bit of coke (which I've decided is too much sugar)
All in all I don't think it was too bad or overdoing it. I've done great with this plan so far and now I can add thin skinned fruit (aka blueberries!) for my breakfasts and another cheat day in 4 days. I think I can do this, its not so bad, the first week was hard but I got used to it.
