WI Sat.

Wow its been a bit since I last posted. Its summer and busy, busy time I guess.

Anyway down .4lb this week. I missed my 10% by .4lbs....DARN! But I know I'll get it this week. Its still a loss and that is still in the right direction.

Trouble spots:
Getting in my water, when I worked this was not a problem, now that I'm off work I find it really a challenge.

Running 4X a week, holidays and such, I haven't been able to get this in, but I'll try next week.

Journalling, yes I was an avid journaller but have since developped a problem of not having enough time to even journal.

So it looks like my 3 goals are set for this week:
