My 12AP day...at least

So today is starts release week at the gym. What is release week, well its new coreography and new music, lots of fun of teaching with others and lots of stress trying to remember everything and pushing myself to my limits.

I practiced this morning at the gym for 40min. 2AP. I taught a release step class (MY FIRST ONE SINCE BABY!!!!) , at least 6AP for a regular person more for teaching...than yes I did a double and taught my pump class 3-4 for a regular person but more if teaching . I was totally exhausted and now I'm totally starving!! Its all good though. I feel great because I nailed my performance however not too excited to be at it again tomorrow morning. I'm thinking no running this week but we'll see how it goes.

So how hard did I work, I weighed myself before class and after, I lost 2lbs of sweat!! So I'm thinking that is a good go.

Wow good job! This is a huge accomplishment. Not maybe people could do this! Keep it up!
